Students used conversation heart candies to practice estimating, counting, graphing, comparing numbers, and fractions. We have been in school for 100 days! We have learned so many new things! We are 100 days smarter! We celebrated by completing academic and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) challenges. Each time the students completed a 100 themed challenge, they were able to take a turn at the game "Pie Face." In this game, students take a chance of having whipped cream thrown into their face. It is a win-win situation, because they either get away clean, or they get a blob of whipped cream to eat, so it results in lots of giggles and cheers. Meet Jupiter and Comet. These guinea pigs are our beloved class pets. They love to munch treats, listen to us learn, and entertain us with their antics.
